Why do I need an SR22?

Once you have had a serious traffic violation resulting in a license suspension, The State of Texas will require proof of minimum liability insurance. The SR22 is proof of this.

You might also need an SR22 if you have had:

A DWI or DUI,
No Insurance Tickets,
An At-fault accident while driving without insurance,
Excessive traffic tickets in a short period of time, or
A Suspended, Invalid or Revoked drivers license.
